First, I think you should double-check you are looking at a genuine website, then if so, you could try turning off the Orientation Lock, then accessing the form in landscape mode.

I know some sites don’t work well in portrait mode, and as said turning the phone to landscape mode allows me to see all the screen whereas portrait mode didn’t. And as said, make sure you are on a genuine website.

thanks CarolineM and 933

it is definitely a legitimate rental company app. i rent cars from the company often, and have had their support on the phone about this issue

i already tried landscape, it does not work

the problem is with a pop up screen within the rental app

this is a new company

their support said non of their other customers has had this display problem thus far

Have you checked your settings to make sure that you not have your zoom on or that you don’t have your screen size set higher then 100%. Don’t remember off the top of my head where this setting is, but I know there is a setting about screen size for websites. Found it, it’s under Safari in your settings. Go to Safari I. Your settings, and check the setting called “Page Zoom”. You may have to set it lower then 100% to be able to get the entire screen to show as you want. Here is where I am speaking of.
